KeywordIQ helps you discover and qualify local businesses, save them to lists, export data, and generate outreach drafts. We do not send emails on your behalf. You are responsible for any outreach you send.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be 18 or older to use the service.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal purposes or to harass, spam, or harm others.
• Scrape or access websites in violation of applicable laws or third-party terms.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, security controls, or access restrictions.
• Introduce malware, attempt to disrupt the service, or probe for vulnerabilities.

4. User content and prospect data

• You retain ownership of your lists, notes, and outreach drafts.
• We process and store your data to provide the service.
• You are responsible for how you use prospect data and for compliance with data protection rules.

5. Third-party services

The service relies on third parties such as Google APIs, Stripe, and directory sources. We are not responsible for third-party outages, data accuracy, or policy changes. Future integrations (Google Sheets, Airtable, etc.) are optional and only used when you enable them.

6. Outreach responsibility

KeywordIQ provides assist-only outreach drafts. You must review and send emails from your own inbox and ensure compliance with applicable laws (e.g., GDPR/PECR/CAN-SPAM as applicable).

7. Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans renew on a monthly basis unless cancelled.
• Trials may be limited and are for evaluation only.
• Billing is handled by Stripe when enabled.
• Refunds are not guaranteed; contact support if you believe a charge is in error.

8. Availability and disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee lead quantity, lead quality, or business outcomes.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law
